Delegates to the Assembly include All District Superintendents, Pastors, Elders, the Jurisdictional Supervisor, the Bishop’s Wife, All District Missionaries, Pastors’ Wives, and Six Lay Delegates from each district. All Texas Gulf Coast Jurisdiction members are encouraged to attend.
